The project
Our goal is the renovation and maintenance of the listed monument Schloss Tonndorf as well as the associated - largely nature-protected - open spaces for the establishment of a residential, work, and living community for approx. 60 people (adults and children). The main focus is on the equal promotion of culture and nature conservation and thus on the sustainable revival of a regionally significant and high-impact part of Thuringia's developed cultural landscape. Accordingly, parts of the complex are to be made accessible and usable to the public and thus the castle is to be regained for public awareness.
