The former station building is now private property. A section of the cycle path runs along the former railway line. Two viaducts, one near Görsdorf and the other near Tremersdorf, bear witness to the old railway line from Eisfeld towards Coburg.

Mountain biking

The Görsdorf train station is located just outside Görsdorf. In GDR times the border fence ran exactly between town and station. Görsdorf was in the GDR, the train station in the west. Today used as a weekend house.
