Tips
A highlight of the hike is the nature reserve Kanzelstein, an old Hutewald, which was used as cattle pasture and also for livestock. Today, the tree-tops are apparently still pruned. The vertex is an old form of forestry, in which by the pruning of the trees cattle feed and litter (Laubheu), was won. Even juniper stands freely between the trees.

This nature reserve impresses with its originality and the wealth of plants, animals and views. A visit to the Wassertressen basin and the healing spring is obligatory.

A nice round to enjoy "pure nature". Great landscapes and very varied nature. The track is excellent and with the app from the Lah-Dill-Bergland you can do a quiz tour. 👍
