The life-size copper sculpture by Eckhard Herrmann (2013) is on the market square at the market fountain in Eberswalde. What does the artist mean to us: "The caller stands elevated and demands attention, calls out something to us, wants to ask or communicate something, maybe also offer something. Is she a market woman or a street artist, a student or a punk lady?" is written as a question on the copper plate next to the figure. Every viewer has to find the answer for himself, so the artist's answer. I couldn't have said that better 😊.
