The power plant Passau-Ingling is a run-of-river power plant at the lower Inn, which is operated by Grenzkraftwerke GmbH (GKW). The owner of the power plant is Österreichisch-Bayerische Kraftwerke AG (ÖBK). The power plant is located in the municipalities of Passau (Lower Bavaria) and Schardenberg (Upper Austria). It is the last barrage at the Inn before the confluence of the Inn with the Danube.
