The Waldhaus Charlottenburg was built in 1912-1914 as a lung sanctuary of the independent city of Charlottenburg until 1920. The buildings are designed in alpine country house style and are listed since 1995. In 1964, the clinics were named after the long-standing director Hellmuth Ulrici. It currently houses a medical center for musculoskeletal disorders and is operated by the Sana Clinics.
