In the center of Westrhauderfehn, prominently located at the beginning of the lower end, we find the Hoffnungskirche, a classicist building from 1848. The external beauty with its hexagonal tower is followed by the simple elegance of the interior of the church, which we can see next to the chancel with the wonderful nave, hanging from the middle of the ceiling, inviting.
Between the parish building and the church there is some seating in the shadow of the church tower. The church is often open and it is worth going in once, to look, for a moment of silence, or maybe for a little prayer.
In any case, the Hope Church on the way from Rajen through Rhauderfehn is a highlight, which should not be missing in the photo collection.

The hope church of Rhauderfehn is an eye-catcher from afar. From the bottom of Fehntjer you can go on beautiful adventures in all directions 👍

I also passed the Rhauderfehner landmark during my lap along the fen route.
