The Pilgrim Valley with its three columns "beginning and end" is a limestone sculpture. It was erected on the occasion of the EXPO 2000 in Hannover and connects Loccum with the monastery in Volkenroda.
The second half of the pilgrimage with four columns is in Volkenroda, together they form a ring.

The Loccum-Volkenroda pilgrimage route is a great, varied route. We hiked the trail in 2014.
