Fire Brigade Museum Riedlingen

In 2003, Mr. Hübler acquired the dilapidated Hirsch-Scheuer in the old town and saved it from the wrecking ball. It took him four and a half years to convert the barn into a real gem, mostly on his own. The extensive private fire brigade collection can be viewed on two floors: On the ground floor you will find the fire engines and hand-operated spray guns. Various small items such as helmets, parade weapons, buckets and syringes can be seen on the upper floor. The vaulted cellar is also open to visitors. The museum is equipped with two toilets and an elevator that provide the necessary comfort.
