Eyrichshof Castle looks back on a long history. Formerly a moated castle, it was first mentioned in a document in 1232.
It is still inhabited by the owner and has been owned by the Barons of Rotenhan since the 14th century.
The interior of the castle is now only open to the public on special occasions. Only access to the forecourt is permitted, but it is worth seeing. You can also take a look at the vicarage and the castle church, which has a beautiful portal.
