Hoher Kleef is a 442 m above sea level. NHN high rock formation near Rübeland in the Harz district of Saxony-Anhalt.
The Hohe Kleef consists mainly of Devonian reef limestone. It is located a few meters away from the Harz Hexenstieges and can be climbed via a hiking trail. A viewing pavilion was built on it at the beginning of the 20th century. From there you have a comprehensive view of Rübeland, the Bode and the surrounding Harz Mountains up to the Wurmberg and the Brocken.
