A few years ago, the Ahauser Mühle was THE address for a trip with the bike and the whole family. The Ahauser mill was formerly a tourist restaurant, which was open all year. In the summer you sat in the beer garden with coffee and cake, in the winter in the good room and was looking forward to a winter hike with Boßeln on home-made kale with all the trimmings or you ate fresh Knipp.If you drive today from the Ahauser mill in the village Ahausen, located on the left side of the street the cafe "Kränzchen". A stop for a meal or for coffee and home-baked pies and cakes is definitely worth it. You can buy regional specialties in the farm shop.

Be sure to deviate slightly to the right from the path and visit the Ahauser mill. A picturesque building complex with a pond.

Nice resting place directly at the Mühlsee and lying in the shade. The bank looks old and rotten, but it holds.
