About Panter Paul
Ich bin einfach gerne draußen. Spazieren gehen, Wandern, alles gut.

Oh yes, the Wiehengebirge is almost like a mountain range... old joke. That's true too.. But for Wesermarsch drivers and lowland Tyroleans that's something. There are gradients with 11%, many beautiful views into the blue distance, an emperor, a castle, a church on the mountain and then again the Weser…

Upped the ante again and set the alarm clock for 5 a.m. after a long internal dispute. After all. The morning sky was nice then, but not as spectacular as last week. The white fog was missing. I was prepared for the sun from head to toe, but I was already taught otherwise in the Wesermarsch. Rain? The…

200 km, the test. Out of the house at 6:00 a.m. and the sun is rising. In the block country, ice-cold fog is still wafting at 2 degrees. Otherwise great conditions and still free ride. The first time that I drive 100 km in fasting mode, i.e. without breakfast. A miracle for me, there is enough energy…

Getting out of bed early and getting on a bike sober. It's a dream to leave the city on completely empty streets. There was coffee in Bruchhausen Vilsen, the morning was pretty fresh. Photos from the retro gas station, the world slowly came to life with people and cars. Then across the country. I fall…

After I couldn't realize my plans today, I didn't really know what to do with myself and decided to just wander around aimlessly. Luckily I passed St Jürgens Church again and took some time to explore this area. The door was open and brass band music came out. Built on a mound to withstand the floods…

You did a great tour there. There are such beautiful corners. I recently passed Lemwerder on my tour from Cuxhaven to Bremen. Where the Weser makes a big bow..... 😂🚴 ♂️🔥👏🌞 Happy Easter

I really liked it - but would have loved to have done another lap on the bike. However, one stumbles from one highlight to the next, so walking was fine.
We left the car in Bröndbyoster. Buying the ticket and finding our way around the local transport network took us a little more time and nerves than I had expected.

A varied tour through the green surroundings of Bremen, which we were able to do in the best cycling weather. The Lesum and the Thüringer Weg alone are worth a trip, but had to be driven through quickly. Through Bremer Schweiz we went to Meyenburg to the highly recommended Melkhus with lots of delicious…
