Picturesque town in front of impressive rock scenery on the northern edge of Normandy. In the village are located as the attractions of the Church of Saint Jaques, the highest chalk wall in Europe (up to 110m high) and the inclined lifts on the cliffs.

The city is located at the mouth of the Bresle, which flows through the harbor.
