In addition to Gillbach goose and Gillbach duck, the farm shop also sells chicken and turkey as well as a variety of processed products. The poultry specialties include goose lard, goose rillette, goose broth and sauce as well as goose brawn. And in the season from January to June there are also goose eggs and bedding made from our own down and feathers.
