The ring-shaped housing estate is an attractive complex consisting of a gatehouse, six semi-detached houses and a single-storey block with six residential units. The semi-detached houses as well as the row construction have beautifully structured facades and there are courtyard and garden areas between the buildings. This shows the high standard of progressive contemporary housing development at the time.

The semi-detached houses as well as the row building have beautifully structured facades and between the buildings there are courtyard and garden areas. The then high standard of a progressive contemporary housing development is evident here. Today the buildings are privately owned.
