The Lampertstal is a side valley of the Ahr valley and a nature reserve south of Blankenheim.
The Eifelsteig leads on the route Alendorf - Mirbach in the middle.
Depending on the season, there are beautiful colorful plants to admire, such as the pasque, cowslips, anemones and numerous species of orchids, later in the year, autumnal times and gentian.
Particularly striking are the countless juniper bushes that overgrow the slopes.
Somehow, the Lampertstal is a bit off the beaten track, which is immediately noticeable in the peace. No street noise, many butterflies and benches that invite you to linger and take a deep breath.November 23, 2017

very nice circular route with many benches to relax and enjoy. Here the calm is still there. No street noise, depending on the season, nature with its insects

The Lampertstal is a side valley of the Ahrtal. Numerous hiking trails and hiking trails open up one of the most important nature reserves in the region. With an area of 650 hectares, it is one of the largest nature reserves in North Rhine-Westphalia. For flower lovers, we recommend a visit to the Lampert Valley in June when the orchids are in bloom.
