The West Pier in Whitby, nestled at the mouth of the Esk estuary alongside East Pier, is a peaceful escape offering breathtaking views of Whitby Abbey and the sea.

Despite its popularity, especially during peak times, the pier remains relatively uncrowded and has plenty of seating and space. However, be wary of the bold seagulls that frequent the area, known for their attempts to snatch food!
