Joeswert corn and hulling mill (1855) is a traditional grain mill for the professional production of flour. In 1980 Rolf Wassens took over the reign of Joeswert. He set up the company and expanded it into the current professional craft grinding company, as the Joeswert flour mill is still known today.
The milling company Joeswert is currently managed by the millers Libbe Kooistra (master) and Dirk Doeglas, still and especially under the still-inspired guidance of the highly learned master miller Rolf Wassens.
Many different types of flour can be obtained in the mill shop. In addition to the organic flours ground at Joeswert (wheat, spelled and rye), also other flours, such as buckwheat flour, corn flour, bread baking mixes, cake mixes, pancake flour. We have a wide range.
The shop is open on Friday and Saturday afternoons from 1.30 pm to 5.30 pm.
