The old orchard is a remnant of the orchard that was planted in 1906. The southern part was used as a football field for students until the 1920s.
Over the years, the northern part had to make way for the open-air swimming pool (which is no longer there), the joinery and finally the sports hall. Today there are still cherry trees and walnut trees in the remaining orchard.
The young orchard mainly contains low-stem apple and pear varieties.
