The Kalmthoutse Heide is a nature reserve in the Belgian province of Antwerp, near the village of Kalmthout and the Dutch border. The area consists mainly of heathland with fens, sand drifts, and pine forests. The nature reserve is part of a contiguous nature reserve that extends on both sides of the Belgian-Dutch border and covers an area of approximately 3,750 hectares,[1] the Kalmthoutse Heide Border Park.
