The Lerchenkuppel (also known as the "Good Friday Stone" or "Steinkuppel") is a small rock about 4 m high and about 10 m wide at the base. It consists of a primitive basanite from the middle Miocene post-volcanic phase, dated by Lippolt (1982) to 14 million years using the K/Ar method.
