Here stands a wooden bench with a narrow, elongated wooden table (a board with two posts underneath). From here, you have a beautiful view of the Elbe and a stork's nest. When the weather's nice, I like to stop here for a break. However, it's not recommended in cold, windy weather, as the bench is quite exposed and unprotected on the Elbe dike. There are shelters along the Elbe Cycle Path that at least have one or two walls and a roof, for example, at the old border tower at the Lenzen Elbe ferry or on the Elbe dike near Wootz.
