The historic railway depot is located on the line toward Plauen, about one kilometer from Adorf station, and is connected to the station by a 1-kilometer-long connecting line.
The depot, built in 1909, includes a 20-meter-long turntable with a 12-station roundhouse, a water crane, a coaling station for steam locomotives, and various outbuildings.
