The 220-meter-long bridge connecting the northern district of Lent and the peninsula 🧭 was designed by the Belgian firm Ney & Partners.
The roadway for cars curves gently upwards in the middle,
with pedestrian and cycle paths on either side, creating a promenade-like space for cycling, walking, and relaxing.
There are deckchair-like seating areas on the sloping surfaces; the delicate white railing allows for views through and integrates the lighting 👍🏻👌🏼.
