The Arbed Park is located in an old industrial estate. The steel point straight through the park, the railway bridge and the play landscape with steel walls are reminiscent of the former 'point factory'.

The Arbedpark is 3.5 hectares and is located along the Ledebergse Scheldemeander, a cycling and walking path that leads from park to park along the Scheldt. The park received a slight slope and now drains into several ponds against the Scheldt dike.

With its varied relief, the park provides very diverse environments and vegetations.
