The landscape is beautiful and also a paradise for many birds and insects. The Bracks are located here on both sides of a dike that runs between Dannenberg, Predöhlsau and Penkefitz. The Bracks are part of the "Lower Saxony Elbe Valley". The bracks are also very popular with swans (and many other bird species), in summer you can find a pair of swans on almost every brack. I love being here, the area is beautiful and quiet and there are lots of great photo opportunities. It is wonderful here, for example, during sunrise and sunset, when the sunset and clouds are reflected in the bracks. Since I grew up not far from here (in Dannenberg), I have known the Bracks since I was a child. For me one of the most beautiful corners in the Dannenberg area.
