Hiking
The original location in the hallway is no longer known. In 1968 the stones were placed on the east wall of the churchyard together with the wayside shrine that still stands next to the church.
The stone monuments are interpreted as boundary stones between the monasteries Bamberg and Würzburg, as well as atonement monuments. (Werner 1999)
