Mountain biking

Beautiful 'Schutzhütte' (wooden shelter) just above the nearby crossroads. The shelter has two little benches in the front porch and one room with a window in the back, so cool air can run through and light can get in. The window can be closed with a hatch also against wind and rain. Perfect place for sleeping while bikepacking. Unfortunately no water source nearby.

Hiking

Offenbacher-Eckle, that's what you could call it here! Weather shelter and barbecue area. Unfortunately, the view is very modest.
