Early this morning the world was still in order ... although there was already a lot of hustle and bustle under Neuschwanstein it was still possible to keep a distance. After the Pöllauschlucht I missed the detour to the Marienbrücke in the Bleckenauwahn, after my return it was too late, many many people. Too many for my taste. Rescheduled without further ado. Almost alone on the way to Alpsee, but on the riverside path it was like an ant road. I didn't run there with a good feeling. The Alpenrosenweg was less frequented again, the Auwald am Lech, as beautiful as it is, but again very much. During the week I would certainly have won the better lot here. But it is also a wildly beautiful region where one highlight chases the other

After the Franz Marc Museum on Kochelsee, one more round in the Murnauer Moos. Except for the beautiful Bohlenweg, the route is more fun by bike than on foot, there is missing some information along the way here and there, you cannot remember everything in the exhibition space at the parking lot, if you have entered it at all. Now it's time to blow dry your shoes so that at least one pair can be used again tomorrow

Due to an undeniable fear of heights, mountain hiking is unfortunately not mine 🙁 even if I am actually drawn to the mountains. And so I clearly reached my limits today. Despite constant rain (which according to the forecast should only start later), the climb was easy to master. It only became difficult after the lab summit, a route that - as I read back in the valley - is intended for experienced skiers. On all fours it was partly downhill, made difficult by the fact that the path was like a creek bed. I benefited from what you would not be happy about on the mountain, the poor visibility, so I could at least tell myself not to fall too deep tief. And: I have seen chamois three times, unfortunately they can only be guessed at in some pictures, even though they were not more than 20m away. And I think I startled two capercaillie. It was simply brilliant ... a great experience, even if the expensive rain jacket could not withstand the constant rain

Even as a non-Bavarian, it is almost impossible to avoid the fascination of King Ludwig. This morning without the crowds of visitors that are otherwise known and a guided tour in a group of eight. A pleasure! The hiking trails were mostly ordinary forest trails and yet never boring due to the great mountain panorama

As a right-hander, my Heidi is left-footer. So far, this has never been a problem and has been regulated in a humorous manner. Today, however, we were "most kindly" instructed otherwise. In the German forest, it is therefore imperative to strictly adhere to or request the road traffic regulations. Without exception! Where would we get when everyone runs wherever he likes it 😁 ...
The Olgahain is a beautiful piece of earth, one almost almost believes that a fairy would have to peck out from under a shamrock if it weren't for the traffic noise of the busy street. The remaining paths are forest and mass-suitable forest paths, but a good part along the Kirnbach, where dogs can bathe.

The route tried very hard to please .. with (albeit short) paths, the long stream along the way, birdsong, cultural and historical information and places, a walkable cave etc. Not to forget my always cheerful companion. Nevertheless, I felt dragged through today and was really happy to get back to the car.
