Inside the church there is a statue of the Virgin Mary, which is probably imitated from the image of grace in Česká Kamenice: the simple woman becomes the queen of heaven. In 1982, Cardinal Tomášek visited Sněžná, celebrated Mass in a festive service, thereby emphasizing the importance of this place.

Behind the pilgrimage chapel are the remains of a cemetery. Eleven tombs commemorate victims of the First World War.

The pilgrimage church of Maria Schnee with an outside pulpit for the people when they can no longer fit inside during the pilgrimage, and an expressive Nepomuk sculpture.
