Brüningsquelle Spring and Shelter

This source would. Named after a Mayor of Osnabrück and served for many years in the production of soft drinks. The well house was built by a citizens' association.

A small, hidden place with a very interesting past! The spring itself unfortunately dries up in dry periods, but can otherwise be used to replenish drinking water supplies. Here, of course, there is a risk of contamination, but personally I have not had any problems so far - please only use the fresh water running directly from the exposed pipe! The spring is also regularly approached by residents of the nearby settlement areas in order to supply themselves with fresh spring water, so this is basically of tasty quality :)

Drinks were bottled here, especially in the period before the war.
