The no-passage sign from the south side was twisted, there is no prohibition sign from Moorstrasse (i.e. one-way path) .... this dam is much more original and romantic, you can see rewetted former peat mining area in the upper part of Moorstrasse. Still new dismantling: the cross dam Großenheidorner Damm runs along the moat from Vogeldamm to Moorstrasse. Bus stop R30 on-call bus on weekends, otherwise 831 on weekends and 835 on weekends in summer, bicycle bus 840 "Moorstrasse").
