The Einsiedler ski jump, which was inaugurated on January 22, 1933, was the first ski jump in Einsiedel. The 25-meter ski jump with wooden inrun frame was used until the early 1940s and was located in the forest above Eibenberger Straße 48.

The Mühlberg ski jump

The Mühlberg ski jump was opened on January 29, 1961. In the mid-1970s, ski jumping operations on the 45-meter ski jump with wooden inrun tower had to be stopped. At the end of the 1970s, the tower collapsed. The area of the ski jump was used to expand the alpine slope.

The current ski jumps

In 1971, two "pioneer ski jumps" with steel inrun towers were built at the Mühlberg / Schwarzer Weg intersection. They are no longer used for competitions. While the young Einsiedel jumpers trained there very successfully until the end of the 1980s, the ski jump is now used by our alpine training group in the autumn months.
