If you want to park at the Gelenauer Maschinenfabrik, walk from there on the paved path in the direction of Wald Kemtau. In the forest you then come to the "Pilz" vantage point with a wonderful view towards Fichtelberg. After one kilometer you will come to a crossroads. If you turn right, the path leads directly past the outdoor pool, game reserve and the Gelenau lookout tower. It is worth it!
