On day 3, we went to Lower Saxony today. More precisely to Bad Harzburg. With the over 95-year-old cable car🚡, we went up the Großer Brocken. After enjoying the fantastic view, we took the easy hiking trail along the zip line to the treetop path.
Unfortunately, dogs 🐶 were not allowed there. So only

Day 2 took us to Thale today. We then went up to Hexentanzplatz with the gondola lift 🚡. The plan was to go back down on foot 🦶 after the zoo, but the child 🧒 was against it and had fallen so much in love with the zoo that we no longer had time 🤣
So we went back to the parking lot by gondola lift 😊

Day 1 of the family holiday in the Harz mountains takes us to the Harzköhlerei today. The start was at our accommodation in Pullman-City. Then it went over forest paths and through woods to the destination. Ate well, drank 🍻 and there was also plenty on offer for the child 👦🏼. Return journey then

Last day of vacation 😢😢😢
Today we went to the Hochkönig on the Murmeltierwanderweg. And the name definitely makes sense. Lots of marmots in close proximity. Super beautiful!
Unfortunately, we had to shorten the circular route via a field path due to an approaching thunderstorm ⛈️.
So we stopped at the

Today was just a relaxed walk around the Zeller See 🤗
Beautiful walk and I must say it's really well done: cyclists separated from pedestrians by bushes. Simply top 👍
Unfortunately, it didn't record everything on the way back, so about 4km are missing 😢

Today again a quiet day. So I drove/took public transport to the valley station of the Schmittenhöhebahn and then comfortably went up to the summit ⬆️
Afterwards, with bags and baggage, I went to the Sonnkogel-Alm.
I ate and drank deliciously and for the child there was a huge playground to let off steam

Today, in summery temperatures ☀️, we didn't go too far up. Otherwise, the water supply would have been used up too quickly.
After parking the car, we went up normal forest paths to the beautiful alpine pasture.
The alpine pasture was again fantastic for the little ones. Playgrounds, a petting zoo with

The same procedure as every year 🤩 so it was this time on this special day 💍 to the Moosalm.
The ascent is as always arduous, but the hospitality of Mäx, Isabella and co. makes up for everything 😊
So we stayed for hours again until the descent was tackled again 🥰

Today we went not far from our accommodation to Alm Rieser Aste.
Short, crisp ascent 🥵 but as a reward there was delicious bacon 🥓 with egg 🍳 or a Käsekrainer. The beer 🍺 and schnapps were not to be missed, of course. 🥰

Day 3.....sch....Weather 😢 Rain ☔️🌧️ without end and unfortunately little sun ☀️...
So the tour was replanned... and unfortunately skipped the Palfneralm and made good use of the Gollehenalm instead. With a delicious snack, beer/water and schnapps, the weather couldn't do anything to us. 😎

After yesterday's day was literally rained out 🌧️, we went up to the Brocken today.
At the "Drei Ahnen Hohe" station, we got on the train 🚂 and went up. The ride isn't cheap (€65 per adult) but the view is worth it for the entire journey!
On the Brocken, the weather was changeable ⛅️ with a lot of wind
