It has been in the Volkspark Wilmersdorf since 1921. Melted down in the meantime (Second World War), the current sculpture is no longer an original.
This sculpture is "beautified" from time to time. Sometimes it wears a sweater and trousers in winter, sometimes it is sprayed with graffiti.
