The hike is tough though. You walk constantly through the river until the terminus "Vado de los Patos". The same way back is a little less tricky as it slopes down a bit and goes with the flow of the water. There are some beautiful spots on this tour such as an artificial waterfall and some waterholes where you can swim or bathe. Halfway along the way you walk through narrow gorges and at the very end you have to scramble a bit to get to the last waterfall.
