The riverbed of the Rio Higueron, which dries up in summer, is a beautiful, flat hiking trail. There is only one place where there is a significant difference in height of around 10 m. This can be easily overcome using a staircase. If you come from above, the turn-off is easy to miss, so it's a good idea to check Komoot. In many parts, the riverbed is shaded by huge oleander bushes.

The dried-up riverbed is very easy to walk through. There is only one place where you have to overcome a height difference of around 10 m, but this is easily done via a staircase. Large oleander bushes grow in many parts of the gorge, which bloom magnificently in summer and provide shade.
