Uli-Mariss- Hütte: Uli Mariss from Schaan led the Swiss Confederates in the Swabian War in 1499 for money on the Sarojasattel and received the traitor's wages up there and was beheaded. The hut is located in the Eschner region. Hence the name of the Holzerhütte / built by the citizens' cooperative of Eschen / opening in 2010 ?? / There used to be a logger's hut up there, which then collapsed over time.

Very nice mountain hut, unfortunately not publicly accessible. But a visit with a small campfire is always worth it. Not far from the Gafadura hut.
