Here you have a great view of the Indetal nature reserve. But also on Niederforstbach, Brand & Freund. With an area of 128 hectares, the valley is one of the largest protected areas in the Aachen region. Here you can find some animal species that prefer the wet area such as certain birds, amphibians and fish. Some areas have been acquired by NABU who are committed to these areas.
