"Monster, eat my worries" -

"... The theme of "time out" gave me the idea of "quiet time", which also means rest from something. Anyone who broods, carries tormenting thoughts with them or blames themselves cannot find peace. Anyone who passes the sculpture on the hiking trail can write everything annoying and negative on a small piece of paper and throw it into the monster's mouth. With this symbolic act, you let go of the negative thoughts and create a space in which peace can return." In front of the 'monster' there is a small box with a piece of paper and a pencil. There are also short instructions there.

The “Worry Eater” is part of the Ars Natura round Melsungen “A round of time out” with the theme of reflection and deceleration. Here you can write down your worries and give them to the monster to eat 😊
