Location: Siegbach, Lahn-Dill-Kreis, Lahntal, Gießen District, Hesse, Germany
These two single beeches (Fagus sylvatica) with low crowns are marked as a natural monument. The southeast beech is approx. 13 meters high and has a trunk circumference of 5.51 meters. The north-western beech is about 16 meters high and has a trunk circumference of 5.29 meters. Both trees are thought to have been planted around 1815.Reason for protection: age, beauty.
