The Irrscheldal, in which the Tringensteiner Scheldt flows, is a narrow valley running parallel to the larger Scheldt with a total extension of 85 hectares from the Sternhäuschen (Wallenfelser Bahnhof) to Oberscheld.
At the highest point of the Schelde-Lahn-Strasse, the watershed between Schelde and Gansbach, a country road branches off towards Tringenstein and about halfway there is the "Sternhäuschen" or "Wallenfelser Bahnhof" at a parking lot on the left. Source: Wikipedia
In this open house, a polished diabase plate is exhibited as a table, which indicates streets and places radiating in different directions, among other things. also the Irrscheldal.
An idyll, let your soul dangle and enjoy nature.

Beautiful climb to Angelburg along a natural stream.
Edit 04/24: The path has been remade with relatively coarse gravel. You will have problems with narrow tires.

In the gently rising Irrschelde valley you always have the opportunity to completely immerse yourself in the surrounding nature. At first I was accompanied by a raccoon for several meters. In each case a short detour to an idyllic fish pond and the "Silver Lake" (komoot.de/highlight/285139) made the experience "pure nature" perfect.
