Very beautiful, large city park with different areas. Here, the hospital garden, Farwickpark and the former Güldenplan Protestant cemetery were merged into a common park area.

There are some interesting, curious things to be discovered in the Stadtgarten:
1. On the Wingertsberg there is a small vineyard with 99 trunks, which produces around 50 bottles of white wine a year and is called "Öcher Heuschreck Durchbruch". For some time now with newly designed paths that are also very easy to use by bike.
2. On some days, one or the other hot air balloon takes off/lands in this part of Farwick Park.
3. On the edge of the park, the Carolus thermal baths invite you to linger.
4. The Hotel Eurogress and Congress Center borders directly on the park.
5. Near Monheimsallee, a plaque commemorates Anne Frank.

The "New Kurhaus" was built from 1914 to 1916 in the neoclassical style. At times it housed the casino. It is currently being modernized from the ground up.
