The Mainuferweg in Frankfurt is breathtakingly beautiful and shows the otherwise noisy and hectic city of its quiet side. On the promenade between the West and the East Harbor, history and architecture meet in a completely casual manner - leaving plenty of room for rest, relaxation and enjoyment.

Since 2000, office buildings and apartments have been built around the harbor basin at the former Frankfurt Westhafen. The office tower at the eastern end of the site, the Westhafen Tower, is also called "ribbed" (cider glass) by the people of Frankfurt because of its outer skin made of triangular glass panes.
