Brent River Park covers 400 hectares (162 ha) of open space. The park comprises semi-natural areas, parks, golf courses, sports grounds and allotments. It provides a habitat for a wide range of bird, insect, mammal and amphibian species. There are also wildflower meadows and many species of trees along the river banks.

Hiking

Brent Lodge Park is a 'sister' park to Churchfields, being adjacent to it and having complementary facilities. While Churchfields provides car parking but no other facilities except fine open space, Brent Lodge Park, has a playground, maze, tennis courts, multi use games area, cafe, toilets and even a small zoo.

Because of the zoo it is often called Bunny Park.
