The employees lovingly paint the figures for their own exhibition and for the shop. Motifs and scenes from Goslar, craft and history in general are shown. Highly recommended.

In a collegiate curia built in 1514, the Goslar Museum shows extensive collections on the history and art history of the city and on the geology and mineralogy of the region.
In addition to outstanding objects - such as B. the famous Krodo altar (early 12th century), the Goslar Gospels (13th century), a coin collection with well over 1000 Goslar coins, the "Bergkanne" from 1477 and the original Goslar fountain eagle from the 14th century - The focus is also on the everyday life of the city citizen in 10 centuries. A fascinating journey through time.
In addition to the City of Goslar, the Goslar Museum is sponsored by the Natural Science Association Goslar e. V. and the Museumsverein Goslar e. V.

The Goslar Museum and the Pewter Figure Museum are right next to each other on the Abzucht brook. The stream and the water wheel at the tin figure museum alone are worth a visit.
