The Bruchgraben is a 17 km long right tributary of the Innerste. It originates from the confluence of Dingelber Klunkau and Dinklarer Klunkau near Schellerten and flows south of Sarstedt into the Innerste. It flows from its formation to the mouth from east to west. Between Algermissen and Harsum, it passes under the reinforced concrete channel Hildesheim in three reinforced concrete culverts.
