Mountain Biking Highlight
The church in Rinnthal was to be replaced, as the old wooden medieval church was dilapidated and too small. The Rinnthaler wanted a beautiful structure in the style of classicism, with the construction wanted to attract the attention of the community. In 1834, the church was completed. This church was to be a model church in the Palatinate, but found no imitators there and remained the only one of its kind. The church, which is structured with flat pilasters, is brightly plastered. The facade features a portico with four ionic columns and a beautiful triangular pediment.
